As of today, there have been over 195,000 deaths in the US from COVID-19.Government officials have sat idly by and left the job of public safety to organizations and individuals.

We continue to see the murder of Black and Brown men and women reach critical mass. We are on our own and facing two of America’s Deadliest Diseases –racism and COVID-19.

Despite what looks like a gloomy forecast, what I love about Americans is that we are resilient. When we are forced to, in times of unprecedented upheaval, we know how to come together. We must bring about a healing – not just to our physical selves, but to the spiritual psyche of America. Only then can we heal all those around the world.
