Jeff Moulton

Special Assistant to the CEO

Jeff is a recent addition to URU, bringing his organizational expertise from the entertainment world to streamline URU’s operations. Jeff ensures that URU is efficiently meeting all goals by implementing and maintaining systems to facilitate company-wide organization, project management, and internal and external communications. Jeff also works directly with Founder and CEO Crystal R. Emery to ensure that her vision is successfully carried out in all of URU’s productions and projects.

Jeff has worked professionally in the arts and entertainment industry for nearly 15 years, stepping into his current career in creative arts administration after years of performance work on stages and screens across America and his native Canada.

Recently, Jeff was instrumental in building and running the new Theatrical Ventures & Ticketed Experiences division at RWS Entertainment Group in NYC; spearheading creative development and general management of large-scale immersive experiences, national tours, and Broadway bound productions. Jeff also assisted in the launch of Stream Stage Productions, overseeing business development and operations management for the new live event streaming services start-up. His work in casting includes collaborating with teams from Binder Casting, Holland America Line, Disney Cruise Line, Disney World, Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Resort.
