Whitney Gaskins is a nationally recognized and awarded Certified Diversity Professional. She has received numerous awards for her work in creating and leading inclusive and equitable environments. She works with the leadership of institutions to develop their equity and inclusion plans. Dr. G, as she is often referred to, conducts workshops designed to help improve institutional culture, including: Developing an Inclusive Culture, Understanding the Impact of Stereotype Threats, How to Recognize and Address Microaggressive Behavior. She also hosts Crucial Conversations designed to encourage discussions that help bring leaders and staff together.

Whitney brings a seasoned history as a DEIA professional, having helped organizations develop strategic plans, set goals, develop metrics, and communicate around efforts to various stakeholders.

Whitney holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, M.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering/Engineering Education.
